The ice maker won't automatically fill the water, why?

Based on past experience, the reasons why ice makers do not automatically feed water include water pump failure, inlet solenoid valve failure, and water pipe blockage.

1. First, check if there is water in the pipeline. If there is water in the pipeline and there is no automatic water filling, it is likely that the inlet solenoid valve is malfunctioning and the inlet valve cannot be opened, making it impossible for water to enter. The solution is to replace the inlet valve.
2. Check if the pipeline is blocked by scale, and if the pipeline is blocked by water, it cannot go up. The solution is to clean the pipeline to remove scale. To avoid this problem again, you can install a filter at the water inlet because the water quality on your end may not be very good.
3.If the first two are fine, then the water pump is broken.
