Cause: The cooling fluid leaks or the solenoid valve is damaged and not closed tightly.
Repair: after leak detection, add refrigerant or replace the solenoid valve.
2.symptoms: the compressor has been working to refrigeration, and the water pump has been working to pump water,the ice is getting thicker, but it cannot enter the dehydration process to drop ice.
Cause: The fault of the water temperature probe makes the intelligent control system unable to effectively perceive the water temperature and work, misjudge the program error, or the controller fault.
Maintenance: Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the water temperature probe (when the water temperature in the water tank is close to 0℃, pull out the three wires in the control box and test the resistance of the two wires on both sides). If the resistance is lower than 27K, it is judged that the controller is bad and should be replaced. If the resistance is lower than 27K, it is necessary to disconnect either one of the two wires. Adjust the resistance between 27K and 28K by connecting resistors in series.
3. Symptom: The machine enters the deicing procedure (the water pump stops working and the compressor stops cooling), but the ice does not fall off.
Cause: Defrost solenoid valve is damaged.
Repair: replace the solenoid valve or outer coil.
4. Symptoms: Water shortage lights up but the machine does not automatically fill with water.
Cause: There is no water in the pipeline, or the inlet solenoid valve is faulty, and the valve does not open.
Maintenance: check the water inlet condition of the pipeline. If there is no water, open the waterway and restart the machine. If the water inlet solenoid valve is faulty, replace it.
5. Symptoms: The compressor works but the water pump does not work (no running water).
Cause: The water pump is damaged or the water pump is blocked by scaling.
Repair: clean the water pump or replace the water pump.
Fault identification according to the shining condition of the indicator light:
1. The power indicator is blinking rapidly and the machine does not work:
Fault: The water temperature probe is disconnected.
Maintenance: Open the rear cover, open the electrical control box cover above the compressor, find a three-core connector, check whether there is disengagement or poor contact phenomenon, the new plug can be.
2.3 indicator lights are flashing in cycles, and the machine does not work:
Fault: the machine makes ice and deicing is not normal.
Maintenance: A. Cut off the power supply and restart the machine. First check whether the fan and water pump work normally. If any abnormality is removed, then check whether the compressor is started.If there is no work, check the parts near the compressor. If it has started, judge the refrigeration system fault and follow the corresponding maintenance methods.
B. If there is no fault in the refrigeration system, the ice can be made normally, but the ice will not be de-iced all the time. After 90 minutes, the machine will be shut down for protection due to abnormal operation. It is necessary to use a multimeter to measure the composition of the water temperature probe (when the temperature of the underwater tank is close to 0 ℃, unplug the three-core wire in the control box and measure the resistance of the two wires on both sides). If the resistance is more than 27K, it is judged that the controller is broken and should be replaced accordingly. If the resistance value is less than 27K, it is necessary to disconnect any one of the two wires, and adjust the resistance to 27K to 28K by channeling the resistance.
3. The ice full light flashes quickly:
Fault: indicates that the deicing time exceeds the specified time, and the machine automatically protects,
Maintenance: A. In this case, restart the machine. If it occurs repeatedly, check whether the skateboard can swing up and down flexibly.
B. If the two-way solenoid valve is damaged, this phenomenon will also occur. The machine can cool, but when the ice reaches the set thickness and enters the deicing state, the water pump stops working and the ice making does not fall off. During the inspection, the ice is forced to be deiced (press and hold the selection key for 3 seconds). If there is no obvious air flow sound in the ice maker, the two-way solenoid valve can be considered to be damaged, and the power supply of the solenoid valve can be checked to see whether it is normal. The coil can be replaced for commissioning, and the valve body itself cannot be opened very little.
4. There is no water in the water tank, there is no water shortage, and the ice is loose with impurities.
Fault: This fault is because the water in the water tank will leave impurities after ice making for many times, or the water is rich in minerals, which causes scaling on the surface of the water level probe and affects the sensitivity of the probe detection.
Maintenance: drain the residual water to clean the inside of the water tank and clean the probe surface.
5. There is water in the tank, indicating a lack of water.
Maintenance: Check whether the two core and three core connectors in the control box are connected reliably, and re-plug can generally solve the problem.
6. The water flow of the water spray pipe is not smooth, and some ice blocks are incomplete.
Fault: water spray pipe is blocked;
Maintenance: under the control of water flow, use tweezers or other sharp objects to clean the sundries on the water outlet of the water spray pipe. Until the flow of water in each hole is smooth.
7. Ice making is normal, but dehydration is difficult or not;
Fault: the two-way solenoid valve does not work or is stuck;
Maintenance: After the ice maker is started and ice blocks are produced on the ice maker, press and hold the selection key for 3 seconds to enter the forced deicing state. Touch the solenoid valve with your hand. If there is no vibration, it means that the power supply of the solenoid valve is abnormal. Check the control board and connecting wire. If there is vibration, it can be de-iced several times, which can solve the problem of some solenoid valves sticking. If there is still a problem, it means that the solenoid valve is damaged, and the solenoid valve needs to be replaced
